Enjoying food is a key part of enjoying life and eating healthy shouldn’t mean sacrificing taste. We have the benefit of living at a time when spices, foods and flavours are shared across the globe and I try to include flavours from many parts of the world in my plans, so you’re sure to find something that suits your tastebuds. Though I’m a veggie head, I realize that doesn’t work for everyone, so you’ll find many tasty meals and treats in my recipes, ranging from raw food, vegan and vegetarian options to meat as the star of the dish. Versatility is important and many of the recipes I use and recommend can be adjusted for whatever food lifestyle you choose to follow. Have fun scrolling through, finding flavours that interest you and don’t forget to BE ADVENTUROUS! I’ve served up many vegetarian meals to my meat-focused partner and he’s walked away satisfied, so it can be done.
